A Great Workout Idea

I just came up with a new way to work out my biceps. It's very easy and takes time but it is very efficient in working out all the muscles in your biceps and possibly every muscle in your body. You have to follow each step correctly or you just won't feel the burn! Enjoy!

Workout gear needed:

20-30 towels

rubber gloves
Seemingly endless supply of dirty water

Step 1: Adjust toilet handle to the point that it somewhat breaks and the handle doesn't go back up after it is flushed.

Step 2:Make sure that you are doing some dishes in the kitchen and as far away from the bathroom as possible.

Step 3: Have one of your young children place an object that will definitely become lodged in the toilet and flush. Again be sure to stay far away from the bathroom.

Step 4: Call a plumber and make sure the appointment is in a week.

Step 5: Have your husband/spouse call and remind you yesterday to tape down and secure the toilet cause he is super busy too and forget all about it cause you are too busy as well and your brain is too crowded with other priorities.

Step 6: Don't pay attention when the bathroom is used and flushed and the handle is stuck and filling up the toilet and overflows and goes out from the tiled bathroom to the carpeted hallway and makes the carpets super wet.

Step 7: Finish dishes or whateveryouweredoing and walk into the hallway making sure your feet and pants get nicely saturated by the toilet water that is making its way down the hall. Pull toilet handle back up to stop water from flowing....

Step 8: Scream, then run and grab the 10 towels, start throwing them all over the floor, then run back and get 10 more to soak up the water that is all over the place.

Step 9: After the 20 towels have soaked up all they can handle, wring them all out one by one and run them to the laundry room, throwing them in the washer in small batches and then grab 5 more clean towels from the dryer to soak up the rest. Wash all twenty + towels in small batches with hot water....and....

*Repeat the soaking-wringing-washing-drying steps at least several times until you pass out.
